1. SeriSite(tm), Quantitative serum sample collection device:
FlexSite's patented serum strip technology can be used for a'wide array of applications. The
SeriSite(tm) device allows'the collection of a quantitative amount of dried serum from
one drop (about 25 microliters) of whole blood. It can be used anywhere in the world by an
unskilled user. The serum dries on'the strip, is stable under typical mailing conditions and is
readily reconstituted for testing. FlexSite has demonstrated the feasibility of tests for
cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, PSA, CRP, and ALT. If your research program could

2. Animal studies: FlexSite provides A1c tests for small animals including rats and dogs.
Just 10 microliters of whole blood is needed for each mail-in test with results available in less
than 10 days.
